The 2010-11 Big Ten bowl lineup is now set, with the Insight Bowl moving up in the pecking order and three new games -- Gator, Texas, Dallas Football Classic -- coming aboard. A ton of things can happen between now and Sept. 2, but there's no harm in taking a look at which teams likely will be packing their bags in late December or early January, and which teams will be staying home.

By: LARRY PHILLIPS (CentralOhio.com) -- It's been a dozen years since Ohio State has fielded a team as dynamic as the one that will prowl the Shoe this fall.
Talent flows from every corner, led by Terrelle Pryor at quarterback. No one will paint a picture of Pryor throwing -- ever. Yet no one can deny the potential explosiveness he brings to every snap (25 touchdowns in 2009), or his promising Rose Bowl MVP performance.
Senior Ross Homan, with ... Read More

Even though that 2006 team cruised through a weak schedule, there were warning signs all over the place. For example, Northern Illinois ... Read More

By: Adam Rittenberg (ESPN.com) -- COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Jim Tressel has a belief about this place that his Ohio State Buckeyes players are starting to echo.
"Tressel has always thought that if you don't go undefeated," Buckeyes defensive lineman Cameron Heyward said, "the town's against you."
Such is life at Ohio State, a program that has achieved so much in the last nine years but is always expected to do more. Since Tressel took control before the 2001 season, ... Read More

COLUMBUS - There's been a lot of movement in the Ohio State receiving corps since Dane Sanzenbacher arrived about three years ago. Guys went to the NFL, either after graduating or leaving early. Some transferred while discontent or served suspensions for various conduct issues. Through all of the transitions, Sanzenbacher just kept producing. He has played in 37 games over his first three seasons, caught 69 passes, and gained 931 yards while ... Read More

B:y MATT MARKEY (ToledoBlade.com) -- COLUMBUS - A crowd is a bad thing if you are seventh in line at the post office and it is five minutes before closing time. A crowd is also a bad thing if they have just 15 iPads at Best Buy, and you are the 27th person through the door at opening.
On the contrary, a crowd is a good thing if you are a football coach taking inventory of your offensive linemen. Ohio State has a ... Read More

Looking back at David Lighty and ahead to Tennessee:
* Thad Matta can't say enough good things about David Lighty. He may wind up as one of Matta's all-time favorites. He is still peeved that Lighty wasn't on the Big Ten's All-Defensive team, and he talked about what a great job Lighty did Sunday guarding bigger Georgia Tech players after Ohio State's 75-66 win.
"He's the best defender in college basketball," Matta said. "He can guard any position ... Read More
